Collection of Information and Usage:
Fusiondesk collects personally identifiable information when you register for an Account, when you use certain Fusiondesk services, when you visit our Pages. Fusiondesk may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
When you register with Fusiondesk, we ask for your name, address, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, account password and other similar personal information. Once you register with Fusiondesk and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

The sharing of this information allows Fusiondesk and the Referral Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. Shared contact and account, financial and billing information is governed by the Fusiondesk Terms of Service. Fusiondesk does not share your business data with Referral Partners.
Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on a Fusiondesk Web site, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does Fusiondesk share any personally identifiable user information with these parties except as required by law.
Fusiondesk customers use Fusiondesk online applications to host data and information. Fusiondesk will not review, share, distribute, print, or refer any such data except as provided in the Fusiondesk Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. We will view or access individual records only with your permission (for example, to resolve a problem or support issue). Enforcement:
In event of any disputes, differences or claims arising out of or in connection with or incidental to this policy or transfer of data or the construction or interpretation of any of the clauses hereof or anything done or omitted to be done pursuant hereto, the parties shall first endeavor to amicably settle such disputes, differences or claims, failing which the same shall be referred to the arbitration of a sole arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore and the proceedings shall be conducted in English in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Choice of Law:
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws thereof, regardless of the place of making or performance. The parties subject themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
